Thank you for your quick response. That is not what I wanted to do but at least when I do remove the seat, I won't feel like a cheesedoodle if there was a better way.

its a tough one, you may have to remove the seat, good time to check the alignment too..

I have a 97 Super Sport and I am having a hard time gaining access to tighten the prop shaft packing. I have saddle ballast tanks. The manual says to remove the floorboard. I did & that does not get me there. It seems like I have to remove the rear seat back rest. Does anyone know the easiest way to gain access to tighten the prop shaft packing? Thank you
