Lonestar the kit should come with wiring instructions and they are pretty easy to follow. While you're inside the distributor make sure the mechanical advance operates freely and also check the shaft/bushings for excessive wear. Some here would recommend just buying a new breakerless distributor. If you run into any problems this weekend write back. Good luck! --Brian

I have a breakerless ignition conversion coming from skidim this week. I am planning on installing it over the weekend. Anyone have advice on doing so. My mechanical exp is at an amateur level so if I should find a shop to do the work thats fine but Id rather attempt it myself. I also bought the coil that they said I should install at the same time. Any helpful info would be great.
