For non-permanant installs, Life Boat caulk also works well.

Ive pulled struts with 5200 on it and at times will pull the Gel with it, very strong stuff adhesive/sealant

Don't use caulk!
3M 4200 or 5200 is what you need. The 4200 is for things you might want to remove and the 5200 is like samsonite luggage. |

What is the best type of caulk to use around the fins, prop shaft and water pick-up on the bottom of my boat? Thanks
