if you have good water pressure hose it on the trailer and give it a go see what happens. If the pump and exhaust manifolds get hot (manifolds should be hot but still touchable) you'll need to rebuild the pump. if not take it for a test ride!

I'm no expert but I have stayed at a holiday inn express West Marine shows they have them, not sure they have them in the stores but you could call, Jabsco # 1210-0001-p or 1210-0003-p or West Marine # 9507369 or 9507591. Seal # for when you rebuild it someday is 96080-0080

I have a new one or a used one if you can't find any,we'd have to find a way to get it to you-

I would like a little advice even though I know the proper thing to do.
I pick up my new to me 69 or 70 Mustang a week from tomorrow and it hasn't been used in several years. The current owner has had it professionally maintained (according to him) and it reportedly ran well when put away. I would really like to take it out for one ride this year and see what problems, if any, exist. I am concerned about using it without replacing the jabsco impeller, and I have no idea where to get one anyway. Is it prudent to take it out and watch the temp gauge closely? The boat is an H/M, but it has aftermarket iron Osco manifolds on it, so it can't ruin the pair of H/M manifolds I will be putting on it from another boat. The exhaust hoses could use a replacement, but I don't think they are anywhere near a rupture.
Any advice from the experts?
