When you say "coil" do you mean the ignition coil?

Pete Thanks again,
Are you coming to the March reunion?
The indicator lights were wired to a ground but the new ones have no markings on them. They worked with one side wired to the switched side on the breaker and the other to a ground. I may have freaked out a bit when the wires heated up. It is not getting hot enough to burn my hand The only thing getting hot is coming from the coil back.
Thanks Mike

What's the total load on the breaker? Add the amps up and then use a DC rated amp meter to double check the calculated. The breaker isn't tripping is it?

Hi installed new indicator lights, I wired them with one side to the breaker and other to a ground like the old ones, They worked but not sure if that is the proper way, My ignition breaker is heating up, Seems to be the coil wire, when coil is disconnected no heat.
Thanks Mike
