Since it is an Attwood product and you have a catalog number, almost any marine store should be able to order it for you. I'm sure that White Lake Marine would be able to ship you one.

Yeah that was a good find Air206. I have to check mine again now too. My collector box was split in two but I believe the plastic hose fittings were good.

I think you will find that locating a collector box easily (and at a good price) will be harder than the actual replacement..............

There also are "barbs" (plastic hose fittings) that connect the blower hose to the holes in the collection box. It is thin plastic, the screws can be placed anywhere needed..............
So, I don't quite understand..... is this NOT the piece you need to replace? or is it an install question? |

Excellent sleuthing, Air! I figured that we were having them custom-made.

Robert:
Notice the lip, they don't screw in.... they drop in from the top of the deck and the louvered vent cover holds them down..... at least that was the setup on my 78 and 79..... You should be golden................ |

If it's the box that NY mentioned above, he is most probably correct. The box that the 3" air hoses connect to in order to route the air to the transom vent, right?
The quick way to make one is to whip up a quick internal mold out of cardboard, spray it with wax or mold release, then lay up the glass on it, then after the resin hardens, throw it in a bucket of water until the cardboard all softens and falls away from the glass. |

Do you mean under the deck in the transom? I think you're going to have to make one.
