Cedar Falls!
I got the Gore-tex packing from Ski Dim. Good People. There are some knock offs of the Gore-tex packing, so buyer beware if you get it off the net. How about some picts of your Mustang? |

Also do you know a good place to get the packing? Where are you in Iowa? I'm in Muscatine. Thanks

I don't know, but I can tell you how to determine correct size.
Get 3/16 & 1/4 drill bits. The one that fits between the gland & shaft will be the size you need to buy. Correct Craft used both sizes on & off over the years. |

I searched but was not able to find this basic info. I would like to know what size packing I need for the shaft log and the rudder in a 1968 Mustang with 318 Chrysler (looks like a 1 inch shaft) Thanks.
