OK-- Know that the FULL story has been broken

To All involved- Karen, Stephanie, and Myself want to THANK ALL who were involved in this Surprise    I'm sure Brianna will be very thankful too when she opens this present from Her CCFan Family

I wasn't looking for this to happen or a handout- just hoping someone had an older item that we could put to use for her in the Mabes' little bump in life

Since the Secret's out- the Secret Santa Package was a Brand New PINK Ipod 5th Generation

For all those that helped out-Again Thank-You from the Mabe's- Ya'll are the Greatest Group of People we could be associated with on this thing we call The Internet.....

For those who were in the process of donating their older items- I do Thank-You for your replys- didn't know that this other thing was in the works- but if the others have mailed said items already I again Thank-You for your help in this. I guess I could use any extra ones for the Purple Rain.

Well- No on looking for NEW ! With me still un-employed I was just looking for something used from some of you fellow CCFaner's- since I know some of you update and have kids. Limited on the funds- looking on craigslist and locally in repair shops.

I knew I'd get a response from some of you guys and to my Upmost Surprise today Dec 6th, 2013-- SANTA arrived early for my Grand Daughter Brianna--

The CCFan Family is GREAT ! This member PM'd me- so I'll keep his identity Secret for now. If he/she wants to reveal him/her/self- then they'll do it. I really want to plaster their name all over this post- but as of now it's still a secret

My son was finally able to get the 4th generation Ipod running and cleared all of the stuff off it. It is not a beauty but it works. PM me if you would like this. I could mail it to you or meet you in the Raleigh area. I will not be out in your area anytime soon.

Another option would a "retired" phone like an iphone 4. Without the sim card and no phone service, it would work over wifi just like an ipod, and used, I think would be reasonably priced. Let me know if you don't find anything.
