Look here at the FAQ section. It has winterizing information (the same link has de-winterizing information).
Cut and paste this into Google [site:www.correctcraftfan.com] and add "checklist" or "winterize" or "oil" or whatever you have a question about, and you are likely to find more advice than you have time to read. I also like this post if the boat is new to you...things to think about

Hi All -
I am looking to get my boat, newly purchased, going for the season. I have not owned a boat yet, so I am new to most of this stuff. What all do I need to do to get it up and running for the season? Last year it did not see the water - maybe 1 hour logged. Has the Ford 351 engine with about 500 hours total on it. Thanks for the help |
