His diary post states the boat has a 351. Maybe it does have a 302. He may need to confirm this engine size first.

Is an acme 1214(12 1/2"x13)
too much prop for a 302 powered boat

Thanks Tim! I've never owned a boat before, so I'm new to everything. I appreciate your help. I am looking for either of your recommendations. Do you know anybody that has any used props that you described?

It was damaged when I bought the boat. It's bent and chipped really bad.

The props you list aren't right for your boat. You want a 12" diam. Also, any CNC prop from acme/Oj acts a little bigger... Something like the 1210 acme (12.5x12) would work well for a 302 powered boat. 12x13 or 12x14 hand finished oj 3-blade would be a lower cost option. 12x14 federal would have been original.
