The base number for the TPS is 9B989 they vary depending on wiring loom. Let me check but the picture for the E4TZ-9B989 looks to have correct wiring connector.

I'm not sure about your boat, but ours defiantly has a TPS sensor on top of the throttle body |

Hi Ford used several different plugs on the ends of the TPS. One from a 94 Ford 150 or a 96 F150 with a 5.8 may fit, each has a different end on it. The only way to know for sure is if someone has a part number.

Nautiqueparts has the MAP sensor:
https://www.nautiqueparts.com/product/map-sensor-pcm-gt40/ Does the GT-40 even have a Throttle Position Sensor? It's still a mechanically operated throttle body, so I'm not sure if a TPS is in the mix or not. Someone more knowledgeable than me can hopefully answer that. Both Skidim and Nautiquparts have GM TPS's but none for the GT-40. |
