Aaron,
It's a stamped steel sheave so if it still wobbles after it's welded, you can chuck it up on a 5/8 round in the lathe or even a drill press. Then rotating it slowly find the high spot and whack it with a hammer! |

I'll call around and see if anybody can do that or somehow straighten it out. But, I figured it was worth a shot.

Consider welding the sheave back onto it's hub. It may be easier than trying to find a replacement?

My fresh water pump pulley is wobbling around and needs to be replaced it seems. It measures with a diameter of 6 and 7/8 inch with a 5/8 inch shaft that is keyed.
