The guy on Facebook says he’s putting out a 76 SW 18. That may not be the picture.
(sometimes I get confused) I will double check. Thanks for that advice I hadn’t thought about the height. |

That pylon would be too short.

Is that a Mustang or a Martinique?

Finally figured out the photos again. Note how this one is bent at the bottom to clear the seat?
At any rate, I believe this is what I need and I’m still looking for. This picture is from Facebook and I can’t seem to get this guy to sell. |

Thanks Scott,
As I remember the one in my 20 foot SW was straight. I was thinking the one in an 18 foot would have to be bent? However, this brings up another interesting point, in my older, 75SW, why would I not want to build a motor frame like they show in the Martinique? Does anyone have any input on that? |

The first picture is a pylon out of a Southward 20. The second two is one out of a 1986 Martinique. (ring and finger have been cut off)

Looking for a Southwind pylon for an 18 footer. 1975 if it makes a difference. I would take anything that would work . I have a machine shop next door neighbor that can make anything. Sooooo a good description or blueprint would be great.
