Alan, Thanks for the big help! At least that way I'm prepared for my future trip to the States. I must say, that a lot of those things sound very familiar tho... I guess it isn't limited to american women...

Been twice Larry, some don't like it but I think it's awesome. Been a couple of years so we're probably due to go see them again as it takes a while for them to change the show, might be some new material since we saw them last. ps. The kids loved it too, my daughter caught the catapulted jello.

There are many, some of which are somewhat particular to this site, like:
MBFTYB = my boats faster than your boat TNMABHWB = Tim never met a boat he wouldn't buy NSIFOHIAL = Never stand if front of Hollywood in a line IGTB-YGTG = I'll get the beer, you get the gas. And many others. Actually, Blue Man Group does a parody of just such computer dialogue abbreviations in their show that is pretty amusing. Any of you in the greater Boston, Chicago, NY, Vegas or Florida areas been to a Blue Man Group show. Hugely entertaining. I recommend it to anyone. Great music, great show, great humor. |
