I need the top section of the windshield frame. I have an '86 Silver Nautique 2001. Thanks!

Chris,
If Marine Glass quotes you more than the insurance will cover, you can just get the top channel from them, have a piece of glass cut and put it together yourself.

You could also have Alan do it too.

I removed and disassembled the windshield from my boat this winter so I could polish the aluminum frame. Although mine is an 81 the front glass panel is one piece similar to the 86 above. It's just 1/8" tempered glass, flat as a pancake. You bend it when you put it back in the frame. I was in the glass business for about 15 years so it was not a big deal to put back together, if your afraid to handle glass your going to break it as soon as you tap the edge on something hard,POP.

read through the thread "flyhi saved my life" in the general discussion section.   I would bet your windshield looks similar to the one on "snobsessed"'s boat?   with a silver, things could be slighly different.... everyone is off at greenlake this weekend, so the experts will likely chime in after they return

^Thanks for the tip. I might go that route if nothing pops up here.
