Getting closer to finishing up the rear main seal on a 82 351 And yes thanks for all the response on the rear main seal. I am wondering if I can use a automotive 4 piece oil pan gasket or is something unique about the original marine one.
Thanks,
Stan

Thanks for the response. Yea I get dizzy hanging upside down. I've completly removed motor and put on stand so that I can clean and rotate. Saves my back as well. I just saw they had a 1 piece of 4 piece at autozone and was checking if they would work on the marine application. I will track down the felpro you mentioned and use that. Thanks for the damper tip.
