Hollywood needs to change his screen name. The guy has a girlfriend and doing a boat restoration when there is plenty of open water in the midwest. Whats next a Kid?

Hopefully Knucklehead will post some of the pics, we are nearing the end of the tear out phase. Up until we uncovered the stringers themselves most of what we had encountered was not that wet, dry enough where we (I) were wondering if the stringer job was even necessary yet.

Mystery no more, Pics to follow (HW)

A layer of the hull is going too

Continuing up the sides. I will score it and try to get it to stop, then glass a fresh layer wherever we lost some.

You can see the stringer was bedded on top of the grayish layer. The reddish layer is all underneath.

Pete, where is your keep it original passion.

They did not have CAD programs back in 1980. So the Chicago "Blues Bros" are keeping it original by doing it the old fashioned way pen on paper. Or in this redneck retro case, marker on cardboard.
If you're going through hell, keep going

That's actually the footprint of the ~70-82 flat top motorbox. We do have a few unfolded cases laying around though for later.

Just noticed something very unusual about this Martinique. It has a Riviera style dash instead of the normal Martinique dash.   Which in my opinion is a huge plus. (I've always dis-liked the protruding bump in the center of the Martinique dash)
