I checked the gauge and the wires, I think the Float dropped to the bottom of tank, how do I fix it, I hope I don't have to pull the tank!

Luckily pulling the tank is a 5 minute job. Take the back divider off, you might be able to see if a wire fell off sending unit without pulling tank as well as take an ohm reading.

Take the positive wire off the sending unit and touch to ground with the key on, if gauge pegs out it is the sending unit.

You can rebuild the sending unit. I did mine, but my float was okay. It was a broken wire. However you might find a float out there. and then just adjust it. Might be cheaper than replacing the whole unit.
