Lousy at searching.
New to boating, no cracks, dull chalky finish. Do I need to sand this out or can I just polish it? Is there a thread here that others have discussed DIY options. |

Try google and include Ccfan’s full website name. Try starting with 3m super duty and a wool pad on a rotary polisher…not a DA. If that cuts it then you will need to polish and wax. If not, start sanding w 1000 and go deeper as needed.

Lots and lots of threads and reading  You could substitute polishing or buffing for wetsanding in the above search and have even more reading to help you decide
