Poly 318 manifold replacement

cuda, Many of us who have older marine engines have had to go the Osco route. There is nothing wrong with them and are really a good manifold. Just like anything else that gets changed you may need some minor modifications. Before you get new hoses (do check the condition of yours) see if they will clamp down on the Osco's. Always use double hose clamps at each joint and I like the "T" type for even clamping pressure. You will ether need more hose or to trim existing because I doubt the riser to hose connection point will be the same. Some trimming of the floor may be needed too.

cuda, Sorry, I don't but do know many who have had to use the Osco's. Do look close at the different types of risers with the different available angles. I think there are several.

Try Blue Ridge MArine in Lynwood WA. I bought 2 used ones used in fresh water a couple of years ago.He might have a couple of more.

It never dawned on me when it first came up to look for the 2 3/8" hose other that a marine supply. I must be slipping in my old age! I keep the Mcmaster Carr book at my side at all times. Go to mcmaster.com at put in part #5285K93 in their search and look at the specs.

Edit: This hose has the same temperature spec as the marine series 200 in the West catalog. Less money too!!

Glad you found some. I was going to suggest Marysville Marine, but I thought they only dealt with shops.
