Stick, not all of us will be NASCAR GROUPIES on Sunday. There will be several boats still in the water on Sunday.
You will find phone #'s posted here for all involved in this event.
I know Karen and I will still be there , also Chip Young, Critter and a few more. I don't see a problem for you if you want to show up Sunday.
You have to do what is requried to mantain peace in the family.Give Karen and I a call Sat. nite for a confirmation on time and place to meet.......Billy/Karen

We will be bringing ski gear with us, also a barefoot suit , never too old to learn....

Something I thought of....Traffic advice for out of town travelers...be aware of these events are in Daytona Beach just ajacent to St Johns River the same weekend and week leading up to, traffic will be heavy certain times on I-95 and I-4. especially 2/15...

US 17 or possibly US 301 is a 2 or 4 lane alternate routes coming from north or south.

Man! This is going to be sweet! Can't wait.

rosconole-

A bunch of people are putting in at Parramore's and several others are using the public ramp just down the road. I don't think you are going to have to look very hard to find this group, no matter where you put in.

Really looking forward to meeting everyone.

79...our plans are still kind of up in the air, we will be getting there Sat morning about 8.30 and staying for the BBQ, but after that I dont know if we will be staying over or not, but I would like too, maybe we will get a cabin, or sleep in the truck, if the kids come along the boat may be full, but you are welcome to come down, if you can get here on FRI then you can ride over with us!!

So yes we will make room for you, but you will have buy your own beer..lol

My feelings exactly Adam!

The only thing that could possibly increase our excitment would be if 79 really shows up.

Weather looks like: Fri high 75 with 50% rain,
Sat high 74 with 60% rain and Sun high 72 with 10% rain.

Sure beats cold and snow in Indiana, although it is going to be near 50 sometime this weekend.

Weather is looking good 81 next wednesday...also you guys might get a treat of some low level flyers courtesy of US Dept. of Defense on Lake George...they have been known to give some nice flybys while doing mock bombing runs.

Also if anyone is a fan of boiled & cajun peanuts, there is a stand at the corner of US 17 and SR 40(usually next to gas station) that has been there for 15-20 years atleast that probably has THE best anywhere around. Last time I stopped she had some fresh tangerines she gave me.

79, I'll be bringing an extra tent with us if you need a place to sleep if you're spending the night at the campground.

Keeping in the spirt of race week, I thought some of you may want to see how fast your boat is, so we will be doing some GPS runs, to find out who the top four are......and when bragging rights aren't enough....

Karen's boat VS the Orange Crush. That is a race I'd like to see. Joe, are you bringing a video recorder? Be awesome clip if shot from a 3rd chase boat. Got to help us frostbitten brothers get through the next few months...

I do see that someone is doing some prognosticating on the color bands, looks a bit like orange, red, blue, and green... I always bet on blue myself but since I don't have a dog in the hunt during this particular event I would love to help officiate. I already have packed my completely unbiased color blind GPS. I don't have a digital camcorder, but I do have a decent digital camera, I will check out its video functionality this week and if I deem it unacceptable I will secure the use of something else more appropriate.

Should be a heck of a time...it just hit 40 here and I got to go pull a motor but I will need to start cooridinating final arrangements for this soon so I will put some time in rereading who is coming where and when later and then we can talk synergy...

If you ain't already amped up heres a few pics from last month in FLA, a heck of a time was had with only 4fans and not a single correct craft in site, 30 fans and 20 crafts well that should be quite a site...

MM, Karens boat is not even in the hunt.Reid should have the fastest boat there, after all is said and done ......
how does that saying go??????
Speed costs money/ How fast can you afford to go?????????

Reid gotta lotta bucks tied up in the Orange Crush, that alone says who the winner will be.
Her boat will be " I also ran at St. Johns"
Not too fast not too slow BUT HALFASSED.......
