Tom and I are now in route with the sexy Orange Crush in tow. Funniest thing too, hot women passing by us are throwing their undergarments at us. Well, actually they're tossing them in the boat and not at us, although one pair of large grannie-panties did hit the truck. Rodney's just ahead of us with Olive Oyl (green Mustang) behind his RV. We're drafting him.

Marshall, I've told no one about your super charger, mainly because it's not on YOUR boat anymore. Like you said, there ARE trophies being awarded......

Billy, why did you ask me to bring you this spare 16" aluminum prop?

EDIT: Currently 77 degrees and we're still in South Carolina.

I am counting on it.    I am not so much for longline anymore at 42, and having had various injuries.
I am bringing my Dawg Paws in case anyone wants to learn back starts or if you have extraordinarily tender feet.

Reid,

That's ok I only use the super charger as an anchor, everyone at Green Lake suggested I get a bigger one. The added weight also gives everyone a chance. Hope you guys have fun and tell the NASCAR bud's sorry I couldn’t be there. You know its killing me not being able to make it this year.

Well, again the time is getting near for a great event with many fans coming a long way just for a day of fun!!! Man it don't get any better than this.. I have met many of you at the other reuions and will get a chance to meet more new members this weekend.

Someone once said, it must be the boats that started all of this to happen.
But, it is truely the people that make it happen not the boats.

We all know how great the boats are just look at all the great times they have produced for your family and friends for years to come.

I just wanted to thank again Keith Bagley for a great site!!!!

And yes Keith I will say a word on your behalf at the event... because I know you are reading this right now.

no that would be $22. for a camp site. With the race going on its about all i could find if I don't feel like riding back to orlando or tampa or ocala...i could probably get 22 rounded up, but i don't think they would all fit in the bed of the powerstroke..I couldn't think of a good excuse that would fly to give the scenery for valentines day either, she seemed excited so it could be a win-win...

Every time I read these Reunion threads I wish I was going.

Kristof you better get to one before I do.

Have a great time everyone. I think that is a given anyway.

It is amazing how you guys organise this event and have built up such a following that you travel from all over the country in the middle of winter.
If you're going through hell, keep going

The dessert is made, the boat is waxed, loaded, and ready to be towed. The beer is being chilled, and I have to be at work today.

Looking forward to meeting in person all my boat bud's, tossing down a few brews and even do a little boating. Will be on the road headed south this time tomorrow. I'm so excited about this trip I woke up at 330 this morning and couldn't get back to sleep.

Boy! Gonna be a long day.

We're here! Just checked the weather and it's looking even better for Saturday now with a high of 81 and just a 10% chance of any rain. We'll probably head out on the river today to test out the newest speed secrets, i.e., chicken wing grease on the hull bottom, hot sauce in the fuel tank, KY on the prop shaft (HW?), and of course Marshall's super charger. Couple of Nascar engine guys in town are coming by later.

Hey Guys,
Here's a short video Reid sent me last night from their trip down. It's of the Orange Crush as it crosses the FL state line.

Looks nice. But Reid, you have to get that left rear running light fixed. Throws off the whole thing.... Did Jerry wire that ??

That's just the way they like to travel out of state Roger. Remember when Marshall caused this traffic jam on the way to Green Lake two years ago?

If I remember right the one tail light had something to do with being half fast!

Brake lights and license plates make your boat slow. One of the many things Reid taught me.
