Ya I did see that one. Its the one in the link above, they sent me more pictures but everyone here said to beware....because of the hours that are on the boat.

hey nelson,i bought the silver nautique in concord lastmonth.definitly not a turn key boat.it runs great,needed pos.battery clamp.trans shot and the pictures actually make the boat look good.it needs long term restoration.iam really good at suckering myself in to these kind of projects

Was that the one with the gel coat issues? If I remember correct the rest of the boat looked pretty good. The whole sanding and re-gelcoating was more than I wanted to take on. This time of year I bet you got a sweet deal. Post some pictures of the work in progress I would really like to learn how to fix this sort of thing.

hey nelson,yeah that was the one.all the black from the stripe down will hace to be ground out and re shot,but only after the stringers are redone.this boat requires a major re$toration,but they sure are nice when there done.i wet sanded and buffed it just to see what it would like.the deck looks like new,the black is difficult to get a nice shine.the interior could be usable,thick vinyl.wrong thread,all seams coming apart.going to replace whole thing.
