Tim,
I put new bearings in mine & took the old ones as spares. I hadn't towed mine much since I had just bought it last fall. On the trip to Green Lake, I just stopped several times up front to make sure everything was running cool & no wobble then just checked it on gas stops, etc. Plenty of grease & you should be good to go! |

Lets get back to this BBQ that we had talked about. I am thinking that Sat. night would probably be better as a lot of people will be arriving into the night Friday. It looks, from the last list, like there are about 25-30 people currently planning on attending?
Is this something everyone would be interested in doing? I am sure Parramore's has grills to use (but I will call and ask). I will volunteer to bring hamburger and buns. Just talked to Parramore's. There are fireboxs with grill tops on each site. Sounds like we could use a real grill if anyone has room in the back of the truck.

Greg, critter , woody are both in RV spots close to the ramp. We had plans to hang out there and do some "dead cow" on fire .
Woody will arrive Fri. afternoon. we will be there around noon, same day. We will spend time at SECC Fri. AM, have a breakfast with MaddMarx, then to Woodys till about 11 or 12. Critter will arrive Fri. late.ReidP is staying a short distance from there. do not know what his plans are. Karen and I will eat out one of those nites, she has to have "PRETTY FOOD" for our anniversary,boy has that first year gone by fast. Our plans are to have no plans , just go with the flow........Boat dr |

Holy Crap, forgot all about the shot ski, it's hanging in my garage. I'll send it down but someone will have to get it back to Green Lake. It was meant to travel so might as well get some miles on it. |

I like what Doc had to say about the plan being to not have a plan. I brought this up so we could bring most of what we need and because we don't know the area. I also don't want to be the guy who locked everyone into something with a CCF post?!!? LOL I would say Saturday night is best though, if some are leaving Sunday and others arriving late on Friday.
That said, I'm sure we can do better than just charcoal, and I think a camp meal among new friends would be fun. And who's bringing the party favors and the dancing girls? <--I get this image of the old Flintstone cartoons when the dancing girls come through at the oddest times.

Billy, BOUDIN!!!! Now I'm definately in.
Saw an episode of dirty jobs where they were making that and I thought how good that was at Green lake. I can not wait!!! Realistically for me guys I'll be where ever the party is. I'll be in friday night and can stop on my way from the airport and pickup what ever isn't covered. |

Has anyone had trouble contacting the campground? Have been trying for two days by 800 number & E-Mail with no reply. I may be able to come down for Fri & Sat. Will bring a tent if they have a space. Steve |
