Ok still waiting for my part so nothing to post on the sections ahaha.
WEll I was looking some pictures and found these one you might be interested in.
This is a Creole Style asado in argentina. You put the cow ribs on the stick adn the fire will heat the whole thing out and salowly degrease it. The meat will come out so tender that it cuts out only by looking it...hope you like them

these were taken a while back but i still do this kind of asado...

Detail sausage (chorizo), intestines (chinchulin), sweet bread (mollejas), the black sausage on the floor are called MORCILLAS are packed with chopped cows left overs and coagulated blood. Scary ah but they taste good....

Looks great. I'd go for everything except the Morcillas...not for me. In SA we also do our meat big..we call a barbecue a "braai" (pronounced: "bry"). One of my favourites is a "blou bul" (blue bull). It's a chunk of steak up to 2 feet wide and 2 inches thick with a cetre bone.

A couple of other quirks from SA:

- glove box: cubby hole
- traffic light: robot
- pick up truck: bakkie (pronounced: bucky)
- sidewalk: pavement
- jerky: biltong

The list can get long but these are the more common ones.

Sounds good to me! 90-100 in January.. and girls.

January here in Ohio will be 20-30, the girls will be fattened up for the winter and bundled up in heavy sweaters and coats.

Not sure we would be able to tow our boats to Argentina... But who cares? We will all want to be riding in your boat with the girls!
