I have a half dozen water jet cut 1988 Ski Nautique switch panels. I had these cut from aluminum. They will need fine tuning, painting and screen printed. With this the broken center piece will be permanently eliminated.

Richard,
I'm curious how you finished yours. You mention screen printing. Did you have a screen made for the graphics? How about some pictures? |

I have done them a couple of different ways but have sold the boats that I used the in. The best look I came up with was black anodized with screen printed switch lables.... I do not have pictures or the screen. These are just raw aluminum. You would need to wet sand the face taking note to get the sanding marks all in line. ( about 320 grit) and have it anodized. I have also powder coated one and it looked good. Not as good as anodizing but was much less involved.
Email me. I cannot figure out how to post a picture to the forum on my iPad. Rgrimes@RealtySouth.com |
