I bought an 88 SN2001. It came with these brass plugs removed and in a plastic bag. Could someone please help me and tell me where they go. I am trying to get the boat ready for water.

Thank you in advance.

The two big ones A&B will be the exhaust manifolds. A is not OEM Then C&D will be the block drains. One on the port side towards the aft and then the starboard side forward. E is the hull garboard drain. Look under the engine towards the forward end.

Oliver,
There should be another small 1/8" NPT plug that goes on the "J" tube on the front of the engine. The tube is between the circulation pump and the T stat housing.

Sounds like you don't have an engine manual. Take a look in the sites reference section and copy it if you can.

Pete, you need to check your glasses, they're making things look smaller than actual.

That plug is 1/4 inch NPT
