haha, My little rig is a 05 Jeep Liberty, a little small for a modern boat but great for the 81.

I have a '98 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 with 3.4 V6. It pulls my '93 Sport, but I think my next truck will have a V8. it's rated at pulling 5,000 lbs. and I figure I'm probably at 4300. it pulls it but I don't think I will head to the hills of West Virginia. At least not until I install a transmission cooler... (on my list of things to do before spring.)

After owning 3/4 ton GMC, 1/2 ton Ford, I was afraid to get anything smaller but I have really enjoyed my "Taco". by far the best built truck I have ever owned.

You've got me beat there. I had a 99 limited before this one. The dealer I traded it in to ended up selling it for 16,700.00 with 92k on the clock. How about that for resale value? Can't beat it.

1992 K1500 Std cab sb pick-up.

If anyone on the East Coast wonders why it hasn't snowed yet this year, it is because I bought a plow for it at the beginning of the "season"...

You're welcome.

1998 Jeep Cherokee with 55K
The 190HP in-line 6 pulls my 89 SN no problem. The boat is actually bigger and weighs more than the Jeep.

Former rig was a 2005 F-350 4X4 short bed with 6.0L powerstroke. Now I either use my 79 F-250 4X4 wtih a built 460 or 2006 F-150 4X4 extended cab with 5.4L. Had to get rid of the 05 F-350 for now was to big for the wife to drive everyday to work. But when the lease runs out I am thinking about the twin turbo diesel that ford brought out for 08.

Once again my offer stills stands on the X-plan for anyone wanting to buy a new ford product. It could be a mercury or linclon also.

Early, former and current tow rig is still this 98 Exploder 5.0, which has yet to explode. It's pulled CCs thru at least 16 states. Notice the Nautique window sticker and plate frame, and of course the mileage which continues to climb. The bottom pict is Mrs ReidP's Aviator coming across the 7 Mile bridge in the FLA keys towing the little Shamrock just a few weeks ago. Tows a little better than the Explorer, but the 32valves love the 93 octane. I'll get a real truck one day. Might have to take 87BFN up on his X-offer, but for now, Backfoot has my wish-list truck also.
