i have a 1963 correct craft compact skier just finished restoring im turning 2500 rpms does anyone know what is the recomended rpms it has a f163f468 flat head gray 4cly

A friend of mine has a 63' cc . He dosn't turn his engine which is also flat head gray 4cly over 3000 rpms. He paid to have his engine put on a dyno after being rebuilt. The power numbers really dropped off after 3000. So much more than 3000 wouldn't really be of much advantage. His numbers were 86hp & 116lb ft of tourque @ 2600 rpm. At 3300 rpm it made 89hp & 91lb ft of tourque.
