I am in the process of tracking down the center section of my walk thru windshield, but I have a question on the hinge side. Is the pin that holds the hinge together one soild piece? When I bought the boat it was missing so I do not have any reference. Here are some pics of what I have. I am guessing that it is one piece and mine was cut out. So if that is the case is the a source for the pins? Is it possible to remove the hinge side of the windshield frame so I can try and remove broken pin with out breaking the glass.

My walk thru came in to day from N3 boatworks. I still am having trouble figuring out the hinge. It looks to me that it was a single pin from top to bottom. It looks like it might have even been glued. Does anybody no for sure?
Thanks

Thanks, that is what I thought. I wonder where I can find a pin or how to make one?

Get a diameter and go to your local weld shop. They may have some stainless TIG wire close to the needed diameter. The hardware store will have some but not in stainless.
