I noticed this season that flex was developing in the removable rear floor panel. After removing carpet found that top sheet was broken at edge with some obvious compression of foam insided. Anyone else had a similar problem. Planning on a fiberglass repair. We ski with rear seat out and so panel gets plenty of walking on all the way to rear.

It seems that if the edges of the panel are in rough shape, you would need some reinforcement, like a strip of aluminum angle or something to support the edge of the panel, then re-glass the edge with the reinforcement/stiffner in place. Pictures would definitely help in this instance... While I think I am catching what you are laying down, but I could be way off.
