Bilge Pump Auto switch light comes on above.
Bilge pump Manual switch no light above
Three wires off pump.
One gets power with thenPump auto switch on.
Other wire of same color gets no power with either switch on.
Assume black is ground.
Should there be a fuse somewhere no this setup?
Next step t I troubleshoot?
Thanks,
Brian

Brian,
Does the pump run when it's switched to ether auto or manual? Have you checked to see if the pump is clogged with debris? Yes, the black will be ground but take a look at the other wire colors again. Both would be the same color but, one would have a "tracer" color on it typically white. Yes, there should be a fuse in there someplace.

The “switches” are breakers, there are no fuses.

Are you testing voltage at the output of the breaker or relying on the lights to determine on/off? Sounds like the manual breaker is suspect but you’ll need to start measuring.

So I used a test light on the wires from the pump with Pump Auto/Pump Manual on and off. Never got power to one of the wires which I assume is going to the Pump Manual switch.
So Does that dash slide up after taking the four screws out for access?
If the breaker is bad are they available for purchase?

You’re going to need to remove the dash panel. A multimeter will serve you better than a test light.
