Just bought me a 69 barracuda tonight!!!! Yes...I will be doing a complete restoration. The floors are going this weekend so i can dry this baby out. A few hull nicks and one smal but deep gash... and i guess start pulling the foam.. I will no doubt be bugging all you guru's when i run in to a wall. Look forward to turning this into one mac daddy ride...My kids are stoked .......

Hey, Congrats on your purchase!! Geez, no one bothered to reply back to you since you posted this? There just jealous. Well. me too! I am always on the hunt for a '69 'cuda. I own a '68 Skylark(see diaries) and I love it but she needs a playmate! I have always favored the Barracuda over any other boat. When the time and $$ are available I hope to scoop one up.
When you get the chance to tell me a little bit about yours--what did you pay? In how bad of shape was it in? What color is it? Engine?--I'd really appreciate it. Do you plan on keeping it in original condition or have it modernized? Again, best of luck and fun with it, Robert S. |

My 66 barracuda was my first.. The guy that had it before me trashed it completely. Let me know what you need I probably have a source.
